After Struggling For More Than A Decade, Dr. Rajan Mahtani Was Finally Given Legal Ownership Of Portland Cement

Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani is a noted businessman, philanthropist and charity worker with more than three decades of successful business experience. However, working in a developing nation such as Zambia has its own challenges. For the past ten years, Dr. Rajan Mahtani has been fighting for the legal takeover of Portland Cement Zambia. This cement manufacturing factory was unethically taken over from Dr. Mahtani and after that, a case was launched at the Lusaka High Court. However, Dr. Rajan Mahtani was not able to receive justice despite sharing numerous evidences and testimonials. This was majorly due to the unethical practices at the Court. Zambezi Portland Cement Factory Legally Belongs To Dr. Rajan Mahtani, Confirms Court Of Appeal

The Court of Appeal, one of the most noteworthy courts in Zambia, as of late reported the last judgment on Portland Cement Zambia. The instance of Portland Cement Zambia case is age old and was first enlisted at the Lusaka High Court by Dr. Rajan Mahtani, a prominent businessman in Zambia. After the case was propelled at the Lusaka High Court, many evidences and confirmations by shared by Dr. Rajan Mahtani and his legal counsellors. The case at the Lusaka High Court was directed by Justice Nkonde and he declared the last judgment during May, 2018. While chances were high for Dr. Rajan Mahtani to win because of the solid confirmations and actualities, it was a grievous judgment from the Lusaka High Court judge.
