President Of Zambia Makes Critical Announcement On Zambia Day.

In a recent interview with the "Mast Newspaper," Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani praised the recent action taken by the president of Zambia. On the occasion of Africa Day, Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema announced his plans to abolish the death sentence. The death sentence, according to the President, is a cruel, barbaric, and humiliating punishment. The death penalty is not the solution to the growth in crimes, criminal activity, and unethical behavior in the nation, according to Dr. Rajan Mahtani, who backed up this assertion. In Zambia, there are currently more than 380 prisoners, of which 25 to 30 are women. These people fear that each morning could be their last when they awaken. Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani also claimed to have had the privilege of meeting a great number of convicts who had dedicated their entire lives to serving the Almighty God. Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani is among the wealthiest businesspeople and philanthropists from Zambia and Africa. His most well-known philanthropic endeavor is Prison Fellowship Zambia. It is a well-known Christian outreach program with the objective of sharing Jesus Christ's teachings and the good news with convicts, ex-prisoners, and their families in Zambia. The project also strives to safeguard the prisoners' fundamental human rights and sense of dignity. Additionally, the project aims to offer all prisoners access to open criminal justice. In order to carry out the President of Zambia's announcement, Dr. Rajan Mahtani established Prison Fellowship Zambia. Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani added support to the case by claiming that the death sentence does not solve the nation's crime problem. The majority of Zambia's jails are in abhorrent condition, and the convicts already face hardships there. even rudimentary hygiene is absent. The president of Zambia made a wise choice as a result.
